Wonderful experience! I was several months behind on my house payment and when I contacted my mortgage company, after waiting on hold for 45+ minutes a representative told me that she needed payment in full along with attorney fees in order for me to keep my home. Of course I couldn't come up with that amount of money, I was ready to allow my home to be auctioned at a Sheriff's Sale. I have 2 small children and absolutely love my home but we had exhausted our savings and my income had been decreased by $30,000. I lost a good paying job and my husband was in an accident in the same year. Times were very difficult. One day I got an e-mail from Community First Finance, Inc. Honestly, I was hesitant at first but at this stage I was willing to try anything to save my home. First Community Finance were miracle workers and exceed my expectations! I paid a fee and they did the rest of the work rather quickly. My mortgage company has forgiven my past due payments (of course they have been added to the end of my loan) and permanently lowered my interest rate by more than 1%. The Finance Manager from Community First Finance, Inc assigned to my case went above and beyond! He had the very best follow up! He replied very quickly to all my e-mails. He made me feel very comfortable about my situation and I was very confident that he knew what he was doing. He would say things like "Don't worry" - "I can take of that.." Actually, I spoke to a few other individuals at Community First and they were very helpful, courteous and understanding.
I highly recommend Community First Finance, Inc.
