Do not use them. Look up their profile in the Better Business Bureau and you'll see that they have a D- rating. Wish I read it before I gave them my deposit. My experience. After 3 months of documentation, a letter of interest is given and a deposit is requested. I think they have everything; loan should be fine. After you sign, they request one more documentation, of which would disqualify you. Why was this not requested with the other documentations? Hmmm... Now they deny my loan and keep $7,000 deposit, even though this was not in the contract. The contract states fee is collected if loan is approved or there is misrepresentation or if contract is cancelled. None is true for me. See you in court!
