Although we were initially impressed by the owner, Wes Schafer, and he was most helpful in selling us a piano - that is as far as the service went. When the piano was delivered there was an obvious defect in the soundboard lid, which didn't close properly. After two months of trying to get them to repair the problem, which is under full warranty, they have still not responded. Mr. Schafer never returns calls and is never available. The one time I managed to get him he was all promises to address the situation. Weeks later still no follow up. I wonder if promoting a warranty and then refusing to honor it would be considered fraud.
Lots of nice pianos here but don't expect any follow up after the sale, even in the case of a major defect (warped lid) in the piano. I guess now I have to see if my bank will stand behind forcing a full refund.
