I hired colonial to restore and polish my terrazzo floors which only had some stains and a couple of cracks, and to do Polish concrete work on my laundry room. Instead they severely damaged my terrazzo floors in one room and merely painted the laundry room floor. I have to hire another company to repair the damage caused by Colonial and to polish. Do not let Bill or Ray persuade you with their sales pitch, they will not deliver.
