This company is a fraud so beware,I signed up in Sept for a loan modification Oct they got me into a forbearance with my bank,the fees are 962 for 3 months. Once they get you into a forbearance they drop you and do no more,. I lost my forbearance at the last month of payment as my bank stated that they have not heard form coast to coast since Nov. When I spoke to ed at coast to coast he said sorry can do no more for you,got you a forbearance and that the best we can do,so basically your signing up for a forbearance with a 962 payment for 3 months and not a loan modification as they so advertise. BEWARE
