Just signed up with them today to see if they can help with my situation. Will keep you posted.

So far so good things are moving in a timely fashion they are professional to a point. But things get better once you get to the actual case worker.
9-27-10
Things slowed down a little bit so I called both coast to coast and my bank both are talking which is a plus. My bank told me I can do this on my own but I informed them I went to an outside party because there was no cooperation from them. I not going to put that bank out yet but service really is bad. Especially since there is suppose to be better relations between the banks and consumer (bunch of smoke and mirrors)

It's been a while since my last post so here goes. Coast to coast haven't gotten any further than I have while dealing with the bank. They do contact then and do send your paperwork to them but they are bad with keeping you up dated on the progress. No paper work is sent to you and when you call they tell you they will talk to the bank in a week. I got tired of it so I contacted the bank myself. At this point I don't suggest using them!
