This company stole $3000.00 from us that we paid out via automatic withdrawel from our checking account. We have been trying to make contact with them and their phone lines are jammed with voice mail and not taking messages. We tried to email them and no response has come from them. They kept telling us "another week and a half" and your loan is "in the underwriting dept. at your bank". Well, 6 months has passed since we hired them on Nov 3, 2011 and we received a letter from our bank that we "do not qualify for a home loan modification". We sent, faxed, made copies over and over again that they had requested for the bank time and time again. We gave them $800 per month from Nov. to March. Seemed everything was going ok. but where are they? We placed our trust in this company and gave them money we could not afford to get our mortgages modified and now we know we've been scammed. They stole from us and we will be filing suit and want to WARN anyone dealing with Coast to Coast Homes Solutions. Shame on you Coast to Coast. Thou shall not steal!
