No Help Whatsoever

We called in and talked to Philip Bell on Monday, July 13. He let us know that he would call us the next morning with the IRS on the line so that we could get the ball rolling. He did not call. My husband called him Tuesday afternoon and Philip said that he would call with the IRS on the line on Wednesday morning, which he did. At the end of the phone conversation, he told me that he would call us that afternoon to go over our options. As of today, Monday, July 20. We have not heard a word from him. Whether they were able to help or not, he should have had the professionalism to call us back and let us know. I was very unimpressed with his lack of professionalism and follow through
