Worst Online Purchase Experience EVER

Worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. Here is my story:
I was interested in this 'leather' vest, and the color I wanted was the one shown in the image displaying the vest. However, I could not select that color to buy. So I emailed them about wanting the vest in that color, waited 4 days and never heard back. So I email them AGAIN, and finally get a response back the next day: They don't have that color. Not a huge deal, but you should probably take down the image of that color. I order a similar color, got my confirmation email & my credit card was charged. The email said that when the item is shipped I will then receive a second email. That second email never showed for over 2 WEEKS. So, I gave them a call today to see what is going on. Apparently, the color I ordered isn't in stock either. They just charged my card and never notified me that I would not be receiving anything. Wonderful. AND just for a cherry on top - the girl on the phone informed me the color that I had ORIGINALLY wanted was available if I would like. Oh, and that it was never out of stock to begin with. In the end I got a refund....but I have never felt so angry with an online business, a refund does nothing to help that.
All around, this is a TERRIBLE company with awful customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. They charged me for an item they were never even going to send. I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star.
