Please note I am an online shopper. This review is based on all dealings I have had with clockwork couture via their online store base.
This company has impressed me more then I have ever been, by any other business in years. They have friendly, great customer service. They are thoughtful of their customers and take great care when shipping their products. All products I have purchased and received thus far have been as advertised and high quality. Their clothing fits perfectly and I have no complaints what so ever to make about a single thing. Which is a wonder,most companies now a-days do not make quality product and are over charging for their merchandise. Clockwork has fair prices for their products and that is , to me the biggest thing that is keeping me coming back to order from them. They know what they have and don't over do it like most other places who sell products along the Victorian, steampunk lines. Any questions I had about a product were answered promptly with in hours of my asking (via online I am an online shopper). Fast shipping as well I ordered on a Monday and the first part of my order was shipped and at my door within the week. I was most pleased at the smallest of all things however. My receipt that outlined when I would receive my other products (which were the larger more time consuming to make items.)had hand written information on it. It made my day to know that someone took the time instead of just printing something out to inform me of when my other items would arrive . I give them an A +!
