Carl Buford is greedy and self serving. If one chooses to solicit funds for a rent exchange, he takes rent which is enough, then a "service" fee. By the time he is satisfied, one could have rented a quality apartment, rather than an overcrowded house, several to a room. Perform or GET OUT!Far from a non- profit charity!
