This company presents itself as a "Christian" organization. I should have left religion out of it. I'm naive and that just makes it worse. Anyway, their sales pitch was that their installation would cause less light loss, i.e. less vinyl covering window, than "that"(the windows installed 4 years ago by another company). I have white shutters on each window, and the vinyl comes all the way to the support bar down the middle of each half of the shutter that allows for operation of the slats. This is a 50% light loss plus the part behind the shutter frame. This is at least 4" per window more than they represented, or the other company stated. Also, there was a 72hr cancellation window. However they only measured one of the two rooms windows. This made me assume the hadn't ordered product yet because they had no measurements telling them what to order. Apparently they ASSUMED they were identicle from an inspection from the ground of the next door driveway. the windows were second floor. Anyway, I suddenly lost my job 6 days after the cancellation window. Because they hadn't finished measuring, I called to see if I could cancel but was told the product had already arrived and they were calling "soon" to arrange installation. 72hrs later they did. Their installers apparently didn't understand english. They required three invitations to get them to come in the house. I've paid for nothing, and don't know how this will all be resolved, but no matter how "nice" they are, don't use them. they don't tell the truth and there is no predicting what they will lie about next.
