These guys keep calling, even though I've told them on several occasions that we are on the "do not call" list. What tics me off is that they first claim to be calling "on behalf of the utility company" to offer energy upgrades. Then they state that they are authorized by the DOE. It's all total fabrication, and innuendo to get them more business. Don't do business with them; their sales tactics speak for themselves. (Too bad there's not a zero-star rating, they'd have earned it.)
