This is concerning the Citiwear in R.Cucamonga I have shopped @ that store for over 4 yrs even before, it was a store called West Citiwear I am appalled by the customer service I received from the Manager. I am a Manager for Starbucks in Rancho I would never treat someone so poorly. I was returning a defective jacket that I bought from her 3 days prior, She asked me if someone Big tried it on! It was very obvious that the material was defective! I am small as my 3 girls are also. Very rude! I have 3 girls who I bring & spend money in that store on a regular basis I will help that store from this day forward to lose money. I will pass the word and I will file a complaint with the City also.
