I tried a few lenders over the last couple months, only to be mislead, jerked around and the truth always comes out at the end. I worked with this company and was immediately told from the beginning what to expect. Those guys know what their doing and
I followed their direction. In the end, I got the best loan because there were no surprises! Advice: Send your docs to start your Underwriting appt, my loan funded two weeks after.
