Just want to let you know that this company provides what they promote. It is nice to know that a company in a service oriented industry actually provides SERVICE! We had a disaster (fire) to our family home and had to put our trust in a company that dealt with the complexity of the insurance claims process. We were fortunate to have Certified Restoration Services looking out for our interest and their knowledge to guide us through the claims and rebuilding process. They exceeded industry standards by performing far above what one would expect. I would highly recommend this company and their professional staff that helped us in this trying time.
