FRUSTATING DELAYS - FALSE STATEMENTS

I have purchased products from Century Photo for years. A little pricey, but reliable. I placed an order on Sept 10, 2012 and had to call four times trying to find out where my product was. Each time, I spoke to someone in an Asian call center who old me they were restructuring and my order was going out on a specific date, which did not occur. On 2/8/2013 I contacted them again and was told they are the new owners. My specific order was still going to take weeks to fill so I requested a refund on my VISA. I was told the authorizing manager was not available till Monday for refunds. Just waiting to find out if the new owners are going to be honest and refund my money, or I have to dispute it with VISA. I have not found what I was looking for in other sites, so, if they are sincere about the refund, I "may" place another order - only if the item is IN STOCK WITH NO BACKORDER.
