Century Photo - abysmal customer support

I ordered a product from Century Photo in January 2012 and received a confirmation email. In February I sent an email asking about delivery - no response. In March I sent another - no response. In May another - no response. In June I sent two emails and threatened to contact the BBB - no response. Better Business Bureau recommends DO NOT do business with Century. I finally called on the phone in July and was told the product would not be available until November 2012.
Nothing was offered for all my trouble except to cancel the order, which I did immediately.
