We were very disappointed with this company. We submitted a rental application, along with $60 fee, to rent a home that we were more than qualified for. The company did not check any of our references, verify any of our employment or previous landlords, and denied our application before we even submitted all of our income verification to them. They have poor customer service. We told them the best number to reach us at, and they called a different number, leaving us a message of denial on the rental, along with a very brief explanation. When we attempted to contact them, we did not receive any return phone calls. They are a rip off, and in our opinion are only looking to make money on application fees.
