Buyer-Seller beware of this agency. They act illegally in their dealings with clients and they have no concept of customer service. Their agent was rude, incompetent and self-servicing. It's no wonder; run the broker through the CA Department of Real Estate at: http://www2.dre.ca.gov/PublicASP/pplinfo.asp?License_id=01200526. You will see that even the DRE thinks this agency is worth keeping close tabs on. If you are considering becoming one of their clients, RUN!
