I am another victim of the same scam. I asked for a test product and I have been charged on 5 occasions for this same products for a total of more than $150, sometimes even without receiving them! I tried to solve the problem in a friendly way, but calling their customer service number is impossible (I don't have the patience of other reviewers) so I have written them lots of emails; most of them are still unanswered and the ones answered were done with a great delay. Their stalling practice was fruitful for them: when I asked my bank to dispute the charges they told me that they could only dispute those on the last 90 days, so I have lost the money due to this company's fraudulent practices.
