I have rented with Centennial Properties for 3 years at 2 different locations. Recently I was given a warning notice for 100% false accusations, and few days later received an eviction notice. Coincidentally the day after I paid my rent. The main complaint was that my grandson was playing too loudly in the courtyard, with about 4 other kids from the building mind you. They have no proof of these allegations because they are not true, how can they kick me out? So I can just go make up anything about my neighbor and the same will happen? They have been harassing me to hurry and get out and this morning the owner literally cursed me out. He got on the phone and yelled that I need to get my 'sorry ass' out and he doesn't give an f*** that I'm 63 and have two small grandchildren living with me. I am 63 yrs old and have never had an eviction in my whole life, and have never been so disrespected by a so-called professional. I am not from America and I need help and answers.
