Cell charge system worked fine to process credit cards (3 years). However, I discovered a $9.00 charge that they were charging me for over a year on a BOGUS account they created. I contacted them and asked them to close it and they said they would (they did not offer any refund or apologize). However they did not close the account and eventually I had to have the bank disallow further charges. As a result, I also looked elsewhere and found better rates and began using another merchant processor. I am now in the process of contacting my bank again to disallow further charges to Cell Charge after closing my REAL account. I am not sure what is wrong with this company's billing, whether intentional or uncaring, it is not the type of organization that inspires confidence.
