Been with CBeyond since 12/2006. Nothing is as promised. I signed up 60 days before my move. They called 1 day before to tell me things weren't set up properly. My bill is on average 40% higher than promised. Got Beyond Office told me cell phone would be free on it, it wasn't. Caller ID is included, then only then number, not the name. I was using 1300 minutes per month with MCI, all of the sudden CBeyond says I use 3000+ minutes a month of long distance. I have called and called, written complaint letters and sent them to corporate. They call me and talk to me but nobody does anything to resolve the issues. Today I have to take another day off work to switch back to ATT at home, I need to be here from 8 AM to 5 PM to wait for a technician. Then I need to to the same at work in the next couple of weeks. A total waste of time and money.
