We found Cavalier Builders, a family business, from BuildZoom.com. Sharon Moshe arrived on time, was gracious and engaging, and genuinely interested in the project. He had photos of recent projects and reference info from those clients.
Sharon’s crew showed up on time everyday, kept the work area clean, and separated from our living area.
All work was spelled out in our contract and a payment schedule was set up as each milestone was reached. We paid for the materials directly so purchases were completely transparent, the materials belonged to us, and avoided conflicts down the road.
The work was first class and the results are spectacular. Our challenging tiny bathroom was completed in less than two weeks from demolition to completion and required no callbacks. We have no complaints and are already planning to utilize Cavalier to remodel our main bathroom as soon as possible.
