I truly feel blessed to have found such a great company. I was very sceptical because I was scammed for 2500 dollars by an attorney in california that never called me back and told me they were going to get me a 2% interest rate. My Bank was Litton loans then was sold to Ocwen mortgage and I had a sales date in on November 1st and had tried working with my bank for over a year. I did not trust anybody anymore but was scared of losing my home so I gave them a chance. They stopped my sales date and got a great modification approved! I now have a 2.25% interest rate and a second chance. You saved my family. Thank You so much cauldwell trust
