Simply the best! my husband and I like many others in this economy are very hard working folks that have been struggling in this economy to say the least.Our lender has been a nightmare and has denied our modification because they claim they never received documents that I faxed to them many times. I have spoken with several attorney's and loan modification company's, of which I did not feel comfortable entrusting with my home. the attorney's all wanted very high fee's and several modification company's were just a bunch of low life scammers that quoted me a 2% mortgage, yeah rite! upon speaking with Cauldwell Trust, I have finally found a company that is very professional and knowledgable. They have been great in communicating with me and my husband, we truly feel blessed to find such a professional company. Keep up the great work guys!!!
