My Experience with Cash Call - refinance on my current home loan

I was a bit timid at first as I wasn't sure of the process with an internet company. I did my homework and checked with other companies to see if they could match the deal, which they could not. I looked online at Cash Call's website and type in my contact
information when, literally, a few minutes later I receive a call from Johann at Cash Call, who was very friendly and very informative (I was very surprised at how quickly he responded to my inquiry). His help and attitude help me realize that this was a no
brainer. Johann and Emily were very helpful and were always available to answer my questions. The only down side to the experience is that the notary that came to my house didn't know any of my questions (and was 40 minutes late); however, Emily was only a
phone call away and was immediately available for my questions, she was very familiar with the documents and very quick and knowledgeable in answering them. Both Johann and Emily worked very fast and I've had a wonderful experience (just be sure you have the
correct date on your documents when signing or you may have to sign docs again), I have and will continue to recommend Cash Call to my family and friends. Sincerely, Jared
