Not a big reviewer, but floating on air! 14-days total !!!. Locked a 3.65% rate with no out of pocket, loan bundle or anything. Don't know how they do it. Smoothest re-fi ever! All done via email & fax. Super fast responses and total professionalism. Held my hand the whole way through. The only human contact was with the appraiser & notary.. both that were there at the exact time they said they would be. Actually wish I could meet my loan processor in person so I could shake his hand & buy him a beer. Cash call is the real deal. Thanks to Andrew & Sara!
