On or about 3/16/10 I mailed an envelope to Cash4Gold with several items.As per the instructions included in my mailing kit I went to the post office to attempt to get a receipt scan and the postal service informed me that the incoming post office would scan the package in once Cash4Gold paid the postage due. The envelope was addressed to the postage due unit in Pompano Beach, FL.
Today is 5/10/10 and I have not received a check for the value of my gold nor have I received my envelope back.
Cash4Gold informs me that I was given incorrect information by the postal service. They say that the postage is already paid on the envelope and is directly received by their post office and then delivered to their facility.
After much e-mail correspondence with Cash4Gold I simply gave up trying to resolve this issue and have filed a complaint with the US Postal Inspector's office and the BBB.
So neeedless to say I am giving Cash4Gold a poor rating. It didn't allow me to give them zero stars but that is how I rate them.
