Cash4Gold did the exact same thing to me - claimed to have never received the package. Funny how the USPS has an excellent track record with the exception of packages addressed to this "company" apparently. Seriously folks, do more than check one website for information on this organization. The are organized thieves, pure and simple. I can't wait until some lawyer somewhere buries them in extremely newsworthy case.
