DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS HERE. It is a MAJOR scam. I wish I would have read this stuff before I sent my items to Cash4Gold. I sent in an envelope full of gold because I needed cash because I have been unemployed. I then had not received my check so I called. They said they had sent out a check already. I told them I did not receive it. They said the check was for $20.73 and asked if I wanted the check or for them to send my jewerely back. I said send my jewerely back. That was on November 5th. They said it would take 10-14 days to receive the package back. I had not received it by November 23rd so I again called. The person I talked to this time said the package had been sent out and it was day 9 of the 10-14 days so I would receive it by the end of the week. Today (November 27th) I received a call from customer service saying my jewerly had already been processed, but said she would call corporate and place me on hold to see what they could do. About 3 minutes later she got back on the phone and told me they would offer me $50. I said that was still not sufficient for the jewerly I had sent. After arguing with her and having her blame myself for not calling sooner and blaming the post office for "losing the check" I asked to speak to someone higher up. She said no one was there and she would have someone from corporate call me on Monday. Funny she put me on hold earlier to talk to corporate but now no one was there. Sell yourself locally to someone you can interact with, do no mail to cash4gold, you will be scammed.
