Working with Casey Johnston has been disappointing. He really just didn't live up to expectations. He is a pleasant person and everything seemed fine initially. But as the remodel of my rental unit progressed, it was clear to me that many of the details were being ignored. His team simply isn't thorough and they were sloppy. There were problems with both the framing and drywall. I had to always point out all the places where improvements were needed, which was frustrating. Also, they don't show up when they say they will. I expected more for my money.
