Office Supply Scam Company

This is a telemarketing company that calls businesses, misrepresents who they are on the phone claiming to be their regular copier toner supplier and tells them they have a great deal. Unsuspecting employees who don't know that toner is free in their service agreement or know what toner should cost think they are doing the right thing by ordering "before the price rises" and end up ordering a $50 toner cartridge for $439. Then Case passes it on to their partner in crime IDCServco to collect it. If the AP department isn't on the ball I would bet some of these actaully get paid which keeps these scams in business. They know it is a scam which is why they make it easy to return the toner and they go away. But just think that with a 10x mark up on the supply, they can accept a few returns to make the complaint go away. Stay away from this place. I would choose zero ro negative stars if it was an option.
