This is not a mortgage company....but a complete joke ran by a bunch of idiots...They never respond to you and just intimidate you with their nonsense letters. They have 389 complaints with better business bureaus and they think a true customer has to live under this type of deal...NO WAY They recently tried to raise my payment form 714.00 to 950.00 calling it for escrow...law is clear you cannot cushion your escrow but 1/6 of your total escrow or two months ever which one is less. This means they would be
collecting 6,000 dollars for escrow in which my escrow is only 2800.00. What a joke...To put it lightly this bunch can go to hell.
