Fees....and more fee$$$$

My previous lender sold the loan to them which is an awful company does not make payments online they will charge you fees and late fees. Fee for 38.47+5.00 for online payment. And they will deny that the payment was made on the due date and if you pay on the weekend they will say that does not count because it got to be done Monday- Friday from 8am - 8pm eastern time. Will send a check instead week prior to due date cause the online payment is a waste of money and time. Called the customer line and just talking to rude people and they will hang on you if you ask for more information about why they will not put it on their webpage how the payments are processed and fees are all really confusing to understand their scam of a webpage. Stay away I will start looking for some other bank to refinance my home loan.
