Misc Fees

This customer charges a TON of miscellaneous fees. My mortgage was transferred to them from BOA and they are the WORST!! I have to pay a $5 "convenience" fee to pay online and $20 to pay over the phone but I don't trust them to give them my account information to have it automatically paid since I see a bunch of complaints about them pulling double payments. In July there was $125 fee added to my account that it took them 2 months to explain and now in September there is another fee added which I will have to call to find out what is for. I have never been late on a payment. They are making more money off fees then they are caring the loans. Why are they allowed to continue doing business?
