We bought a lot over 2 yrs ago, at this gated community with the promise our road would be built by spring 2007. With various promises and delays we and a few other families are living on a deeply rutted dirt road. We ve been lied to over and over. It doesnt seem to matter if you have anything written in a contract as the owner is being sued on numerous fronts. Its agreat place to live if you dont have to deal with this developer(Dale Hamlin)He will tell you whatever it takes to get you to sign the dotted line.
