Well this is my second go round with these guys. Almost 2 years ago they got me approved (an amazing feat!)for a 2004 Ford Expedition with 95000 miles on it. Had a couple of little problems with it (remote mirror didn't work and 3rd seat mechanism wouldn't release to take the back seat out), but they fixed both problems within a day of bringing it to them.
So when it was time to get rid of the Expedition because of high gas prices (was getting about 15 miles per gallon and at $3.90 gal that's killer!) I went back to them and they traded me out of this gas guzzler and into a nice little Honda Accord. Financed through the same bank but lower interest rate (since all my payments were on time)and I couldn't be happier. I read a lot of bad reviews about Car Credit, but I think it's basically a crap shoot. Some cars are good and others are not. It's not their fault. I really think they try their best to make customers happy and think alot of the problems are because of customers attitudes. Come in with a good attitude and I think they will treat you well. Come in with a bad attitude and well...
So people keep your cool and if a problem crops chances are good that they will help you out.
