Please, please and PLEASE do not buy from these people. They will treat you nice to sell you their lemon cars and then as soon as problems start showing up they ignore you and send you to their repair shop which believe me are they IDIOTS. They hardly know how to do an oil change let alone anything more complicated. Anyways, my husband and I purchased a 05 chevy malibu and were exited we were approved and drove home in a seemingly good enough car. Well the next day I drive back from Corona (had to go finish some paperwork) and BLAM! Tire completely shreds on the way home (nearly was on the freeway, could have killed me as it gave NO warning). So we call them and they tell us WE have to find some way to get the car there for them to look at it. Well come to find out the next day they had 18 year old tires on an 05 car! Incredibly dangerous. So we are finally able to get it up there thanks to AA and they tell us all they'll do is put the same kind of tires on there but 10 years old instead (whoopdeedoo!) and I freak out but their service guy Brian tells us how we're stuck in the contract and they refuse to put new or at least safe tires on it. About a couple weeks later another tire blows off again as we're heading back on the freeway from San Diego (again could have easily killed us as we were in the fast lane but it happened to give us a few seconds warning before it went) and again AA helped. We basically said forget car credit after we had already went back MULTIPLE times for the engine shaking like crazy and motor mounts they 'supposedly' replaced. So we deal and end up having to put $600 in tires on the car with an alignment it needed. Well we think OKAY problem solved? Ya no. It turns out one day the car decides to not start up. We take it to the mechanic and they tell us the car has electrical problems and the key the dealership gave us is some kind of repossesion key or something and not the right one for the car. So we're forced to pay another $500 for them to get a new key and fix some of the wires in the front such as the emergency lights that were clicking and shorting out. Still one of the windows doesn't open and the passenger side window rolls down but not up. They didn't even fix basic things or clean the car up! We even think now the shocks in front and the back struts will have to be replaced and we just got the car for $10,000! We have by far learned our lesson with this place as our first car and NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. They buy cars super cheap from auctions and sell you a lemon checked out by their 'mechanics'. Expect a lawsuit on these evil people. Taking advantage of a young couple that clearly don't realise anything.
