I was skeptical at first dealing with :Elite Realty Partners since we didn't know how a short sale would help our situation. Tony Nasim introduced himself and seemed very credible even talking only by phone or e-mail explaining the ins and outs of a short sale. He even invited us to drop by their office last December to meet in person when we drove down to L.A. for vacation.
Bank of America dragged it's feet and took awhile to approve the sale, but Tony kept up the pressure until he finally got it approved. There was actually a time that my wife and I almost gave up and just wait until the property gets foreclosed. Tony insisted that we keep fighting and with his persistence, we finally made it to the finish line.
We really appreciate the staff of Elite Realty Partners, especially Tony Nasim for a job well done and definitely refer people we know who are in similar predicament and experience the same satisfaction as we did. Again, thank you and more power!!
