After doing research on this company on the BBB site and internet, I found that many customers had the same complaints. Jim is the guy who takes care of insurance claims, if you have spoke with him you will know who he is. He is very threatening, I had a leak here that was already dried out from equipment that I rented from Home deopt, I hired them to clean some mold. They told me don't worry insurance will cover and we need to place some equipment that wasn't needed to juice the most amount they can from insurance. They will not tell you an estimate, they will only send you the shocking high bill after they overcharge and extra charge you for work and supplies that were not used. They will scare you with lawyers and liens. Avoid at all cost. If you think your bill will be around 1k, they will bill you 7-8k for the work. The plumbers and mold testing companies that refer Claifronia Restoration are all apart of a fraud, they know the system and how to take avantage of you so don't be fooled, do your research on them.
