I was saddened to read the 3 negative reviews regarding this business, since I have been dealing with a certain fabulous salesman there for the last 16 years. I prefer not to give his name, but he is a fine Christian gentleman who has always treated me honestly, and in a truly professional manner. Their prices are very fair, in my opinion. To avoid the kinds of problems mentioned in the reviews, I would recommend that you make an appointment with the company for a specific time on a specific date. Bring along anything that you might want to trade. Then show up with some knowledge of what your long-term numismatic goals are for the next 10 years. You will probably receive the appointment with one of the old-time, company stalwarts whom you can deal with over the phone and by email in the future. He will know you and you will know him each time that you are ready to purchase or sell something. If you like him you should have a pleasant, ongoing relationship. If you don't like him then meet some of the other salesmen there that day until you find someone that you like. (The vice presidents of the company work as salesmen!) This will not be hard because each salesman only has 1 customer at a time. An armed guard in their parking lot and an armed guard at their back door control the number of customers that will be let in at any time. When gold interest is up, lines form in the parking lot, waiting to enter. (Always tell the door guard that you have an appointment with ***** at ***** o'clock, so that you will not have to wait on the line. I don't know what to say to those out-of-state customers who are unable to make at least one visit to the company.
