I would like to share my experience working with CLLC. I will write what happened to me and you make conclusions. At CLLC I was told by the president that client doesn’t pay any attorney fees ($3500) and those fees are paid by manufacturer. This sounded ideal for me and I have decided to hire CLLC to handle my case. Contract between me and CLLC says that client doesn’t pay any attorney fees, but on the other page it says if manufacturer doesn’t pay full amount, then client has to pay the difference. I asked how much that difference will be. I was told no more than $500. I agreed and signed the contract. At the end manufacturer paid only $1500 and I had to pay $2000 from my settlement. BE CAREFULL, write in contract how much are you willing to pay to your attorney although she says that clients don’t pay even a penny.
