While someone did come over to assess the work (I needed a small retaining wall constructed), this company was generally unresponsive to my inquiries and attempts thereafter to seek a design. I called them a total of 4 times, and after each call, promises for design plan were made but never provided. After my final call to the company, Jose had assured me Roger would call back with a design; however, this never happened. My feeling was that my job was too small for their tastes.
Overall, a lack of communication, honesty and customer service has prompted me to write this less than favorable review on this company.
