This company is unresponsive. I'd recommend not buying from it. I ordered a set of dollhouse plans and a book. They billed my charge card and haven't sent it, and that was over a month ago. My calls to their number result in constant busy signals. They don't respond to e-mails. I did get someone one time and he said that they were backordered on plans and it should be coming out, but nothing so far. Since then I cannot connect to a person. Yuck!! No doll here!
