I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS! I had a terrible experience with this company. They were pushy and RUDE! They were offering no-obligation, free consultations so we had one done but informed them that were not able to purchase at that time. They made several follow-up phone calls and we told them the same thing -- due to financial hardships we could not purchase their product. The employee kept pushing and pushing and I couldn't take it anymore. I told him I was on vacation and really did not want to talk to him at that time. He said in a condescending tone, "So that's where all your money is going" (meaning on vacations to Hawaii). That was it!!! I told him I was in Hawaii because 1)I am from there and have family there and 2)I was there for my son's wedding!!! I told the employee he was being rude and should not be talking to CUSTOMERS that way. He said he was just making conversation. I made it clear to take my name off their list because I WOULD NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM CALIFORNIA DELUXE WINDOWS EVER!!!! I immediately got their phone number and called to complain but, unfortunately, they were closed. But I did leave a detailed voicemail message.
