I've had a bad experience with this company. I started a process of a mortgage Loan Modification on Dec. 2008 and I got lucky that I took the initiative to call my lender on midmarch, with fear but I am glad i did, because my house was going into foreclosure in 4days before I made that call to them I able to stop the foreclosure now I Just receive the coupon with the new payment. I paid them 2,500.00 ...I think this companies needs to be stop. They are saying they are affilliate with a Lawyers.
