Purchased a poodevil and sock replacements on July 4th, and two weeks later no pool devil, no return phone calls nor emails, no shipping details. This is my first negative shopping experience on the web. They were quick however to cash my payment. I have called their office number at all hours of the day and only get their answering machine. I'm floord that they still have a A- rating with the BBB.
