So this is not my first rodeo I own several properties and have refinanced them all multiple times. With that being said I've had to deal with several companies in the process. Once in a while you do something in your life that gets paid forward and when it comes back its like a breath of fresh air. Phil McAndrews and Fernando Garcia have been an absolute blessing to work with. Communication for me speaks volumes to the integrity of a person and who they represent. Not only did I get the best deal... I lucked out and got breathtaking service paired with it. Don't know if rates will ever be lower to make it worth my while to refinance but I'm referring all my associate and close friends if they don't want your typical loan company. Thanks guys!
